Based on the available information, I cannot identify three reliable facts about Michael Simons as a competitive swimmer from official or semi-official sources. The search results contain conflicting information (a Belgian cyclist born in 1994, various professionals named Michael Simons, and fragmentary references) with no verifiable competitive swimming achievements or participation records from official federation sources.

**Short Profile:**

Michael Simons represents PSV and competes in the 1500m Freestyle at the European Swimming Trials.
