I cannot write a reliable biography for this athlete. The available information contains multiple conflicting sources about different people named Andrzej Kowalik (birth years ranging from 1947 to 1959, different professions including photographer and artist, different locations), making it impossible to verify which information applies to the paraswimmer competing for Poland Paraswimming. The only clearly relevant detail is a social media post mentioning a 15th place finish at World Championships in 100m butterfly and a time of 54.62 in 100m freestyle, but social media sources are unreliable for official biographies. Without access to official World Aquatics, European Aquatics, or Polish Swimming Federation records, I cannot establish the minimum three reliable facts needed for a full biography.
